Affects: All Windows
versions running on systems using Vision software from
MasterSolution
Symptoms: Varied. Usually results in odd
video behavior on at least the instructor's PC, including

upgrade of
Vision and change the Vision setting to enable DirectDraw
use. To do this, follow these steps provided to one of
our customers by Vision: On the Master, right-click on the
desktop Vision icon and select Properties. On User, go
to C:\Program Files\MasterSolution\Vision\MeUConf.exe.
Click the Advanced button, then the screen capture tab,
Advanced Settings button, and then the Advanced tab.

they have full access and fails if they do not. In the second case, the user may not have write permission for
the program's folder, causing the program to fail |
